Positioned at the end of summer and just before the school season begins, the event creates a one-stop destination for families preparing for the year ahead while enjoying engaging activities, live entertainment, food experiences, and local shopping. The overall atmosphere is intended to feel energetic, welcoming, and community-driven — combining the excitement of a festival with the practicality of back-to-school preparation.

Vendor categories may include children’s fashion and accessories, backpacks and school supplies, personalized items, educational programs, tutoring centres and robotics programs, dance and music schools, children’s book vendors, wellness and healthcare providers, family services, and interactive kids activities. Lifestyle and parent-focused vendors such as home décor, organization products, meal prep brands, and wellness businesses will also be incorporated to create a balanced shopping experience that appeals to both children and parents. Food vendors will play a major role in the experience, featuring visually engaging and family-friendly offerings such as mini pancakes, lemonade, popcorn, bubble waffles, smoothies, ice cream, cotton candy, and other snack-style concepts.
