TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR STACKT MARKET

1. Acceptance of Terms
By participating in (the "Event") at Stackt Market, all vendors, attendees, and participants (collectively, "Participants") agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Failure to comply may result in removal from the Event without refund.

2. Insurance Requirement
All vendors and Participants are required to obtain and maintain their own liability insurance for the duration of the Event. The Event organizers, Stackt Market, and affiliated parties assume no liability for any injuries, damages, losses, or claims arising from participation in the Event. Proof of insurance may be requested prior to the Event.

3. Liability and Indemnification
Participants acknowledge and agree that the Event organizers, Stackt Market, and their respective officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be held responsible for any personal injury, property damage, theft, loss, or any other incident occurring before, during, or after the Event. Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Event organizers and Stackt Market from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from their participation in the Event.

4. No Refund Policy
All payments and fees associated with the Event are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, or any other reason.

5. Event Continuation – Rain or Shine
The Event will take place as scheduled, regardless of weather conditions, including but not limited to rain. Participants are responsible for preparing accordingly. No refunds or credits will be issued due to weather-related circumstances. Event Organizers are able to change locations and or organize vendors in the interest and benefit of Stackt Markets operations and/over Kreative Market.

6. Compliance with Laws and Regulations
Participants must comply with all applicable local, provincial, and federal laws and regulations. Failure to do so may result in removal from the Event and legal action if necessary.

7. Event Rules and Conduct
Participants must conduct themselves professionally and respectfully at all times. The Event organizers reserve the right to remove any Participant who engages in disruptive, inappropriate, or illegal behavior without refund.

8. Modification of Terms
The Event organizers reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. It is the responsibility of the Participants to review these terms prior to participation.
