TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR EVENT PARTICIPATION
1. Acceptance of Terms
By participating in (the “Event”) organized by Kreative Market and its affiliates (the “Organizers”) at any venue, location, or partnered space (collectively, the “Venue”), all vendors, attendees, and participants (collectively, “Participants”) agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Failure to comply may result in removal from the Event without refund.
2. Insurance Requirement
All vendors and Participants are required to obtain and maintain their own liability insurance for the duration of the Event. The Organizers, the Venue, and all affiliated partners assume no liability for any injuries, damages, losses, or claims arising from participation. Proof of valid insurance may be requested prior to the Event.
3. Liability and Indemnification
Participants acknowledge and agree that the Organizers, the Venue, and their respective officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be held responsible for any personal injury, property damage, theft, loss, or other incidents occurring before, during, or after the Event. Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Organizers and Venue from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from their participation.
4. No Refund Policy
All payments and fees associated with participation are strictly non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, cancellations, no-shows, late arrivals, event rescheduling, venue changes, or any other unforeseen circumstances. Participation in the Event constitutes acceptance of this policy.
5. Event Continuation – Rain or Shine
The Event will proceed as scheduled regardless of weather conditions. Participants are expected to prepare accordingly. No refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued due to weather-related issues or changes to venue arrangements. The Organizers reserve the right to relocate, reschedule, or modify the Event setup as needed, in the best interest of the Event and its partners.
6. Compliance with Laws and Regulations
Participants must comply with all applicable local, provincial, and federal laws and regulations. Non-compliance may result in immediate removal without refund and potential legal action.
7. Event Rules and Conduct
Professional and respectful conduct is expected at all times. The Organizers reserve the right to remove any Participant for disruptive, inappropriate, or illegal behavior without refund. Vendors who fail to arrive within the designated setup time may be denied entry.
8. Processing & Administrative Fees
All vendor payments include non-refundable processing and administrative fees. These fees cover payment processing and internal administrative costs. These charges will not be refunded under any circumstances, including event withdrawal or cancellation.
9. Marketing & Promotion
The Organizers promote the Event as a whole but do not guarantee individual vendor or brand promotion. Marketing efforts are event-focused, not vendor-specific. The Organizers are not responsible for vendor sales performance, foot traffic, or business outcomes.
10. Overnight Storage
Vendors are strictly not permitted to leave any items, products, equipment, or personal belongings overnight on the premises. Each booking applies to a single date only, and all items must be removed at the end of your scheduled event time. The venue does not offer multi-day storage.
11. Insurance Compliance
Vendors must submit proof of valid insurance coverage by the stated deadline. Failure to do so may result in removal from the Event without refund.
12. Code of Conduct & Policy Compliance
Vendors are expected to act professionally and adhere to all Event policies. The Organizers reserve the right to remove any vendor for disruptive behavior, policy violations, or failure to comply with safety requirements. Such removal will not qualify for a refund. Disrespectful language or behavior toward other vendors, the Venue, Organizers, or partners will not be tolerated and may result in removal and possible legal action.
13. Modification of Terms
The Organizers reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. It is the responsibility of the Participants to review these terms prior to each Event.
By participating in the Event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
